C-2803 KM C6500

Hi All,

I changed new Developer for KM C6500, after changed Developer I tried to reset counter Developer unit life and run "06. Toner DensitySensor Int." But not completed wit Error 2.

I GO TO Check Mode I/O <54-06> IN : 052.

i tried to Run Test Pattern +53 with Cyan +255 The print Like this :


I Swap The Developer Cyan and Magenta and Run Test Pattern +53 with Magenta +255 The print look good like this :


Right now it show C-2803 , I cleaning the PGC Sensor (PS11) and changed new TCR sensor Cyan but nothing change. any ideas help me to fix this issue?
