IRC4080 PCQ issues

I just changed all the drum units, cleared the DC-CON and entered the values from the sheet and rebooted the copier. This is the type 6 test page irc4080 type 6.PDF(irc4080 type 6.PDF), note the main scan displacement. Black and white copies and print jobs are fine, color copies and print jobs come out blurred.
