Ok so we got 4 of these machines in from the wholesaler, and 3 are stuck in the blue welcome screen. I tried to flash with the latest firmware, but the usb drive was never recognized(the same usb drive was used to upgrade the 4th machine just fine). Any ideas and thanks in advance. Oh and by the way I do have manuals both the service and parts.
