Wc 6015 crum id fc 093-962

Hi guys,

I have a XEROX WC 6015 NI with FC 093-962. In theory it's a Cartridge CRUM fail but different cartridge that works just fine on other printer does not work on this one.
I don't want to try faulty cartridge on second printer so I wouldn't brake this one as well. Tried everything from SM so now I am a bit stuck. Let me just mention that all cartridges that I have with this case are genuine XEROX products.
Does any of you had such a problem and what was the solution?
