I've been working on a e-Studio 555 with just over 1M on it.
Problem is that the customer just put a new OEM cart in the machine-machine says "install new toner, cartridge not recognized".
Another tech tried putting another cart in, same thing. The machine operates fine; even on the RUI the toner status is 100%.
Being that the copier is located in a school, the key-op gets annoyed at every teacher's comment "I think the copier needs toner".
Both the toner cart sensor & the toner sensor are OK.
Any ideas?
