I am facing an issue on a CLC5151.
There is no error involved.
Most of the time it prints ok but sometimes it jams inside (0107).
Usually customer fixes this problem by releasing & re engaging the blue lever that engages the drums against the ITB.
From the sound of the machine I can tell that smth is not right (but it is a very subtle noise).
Nothing looks broken but I suspect smth will brake soon.
Customer says it used to happen rarely but it is becoming more often now.
Any advice...?
