Jamming kyeocera fs1028 jam11

hi to all

i've kyeocera fs1028 when i start copying it block on the 3 or 4 copy and making jam 11 !! how can i resolve it exactly ,i've cleaned all the feeders
but i don't know the jam code number 11 exactly!
