task alfa 8000i to 3051ci

I have a school with an 8000i and 999 user numbers in job accounting, they have 9 new 3051 machines and I have tried to export and import using 917.
it just errors out .the education dept will not allow the use of km-net viewer .I can load it but it wont allow me to manage the machines.
anyone know a way of putting all those numbers on the new machines (or at least one so I can 917 them to all the others)
