To get right to the point, when the 2 staple units are coming together, about a quarter inch from home the unit that is closest to the door, begins jumping, like it is in a bind. i can manually move them both and can feel nothing. I removed the unit and it still codes. I placed a call to tech support, and after being on hold for 25 minutes, I removed the slide out part of the finisher, threw it in the truck, because of the confined work area. I will pull it all apart and look for a chipped tooth, but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.
