ir 2520 print light from top of the page

ir 2520 print light from top of the page i found that the developing unit part no. (19 FM3-9265-000 1 BLADE ASSEMBLY) becomes faulty i try to adjust the position of this blade but i am not able to set it's position from the top side

kindly guide me how to set the blade position
