I have one of these printers which is displaying a 2250 code which is corona cleaner motor error, I have checked the corona's for any stiffness in the mechanism and checked the motor for same and all seem ok. Anyone had this problem, The machine was in the middle of a print job and then paused for 'cleaning' and then the stopped with this error code. I am not that familiar with these printers so have been following the troubleshooting manual and we all know that can lead you up the wrong path. Any ideas welcomed please??
