Savin C3535 Add Toner

I've got a Savin C3535 that I brought in to the shop for this issue. Several months ago the machine would say "Black Toner Low" you put a new cartridge in and the message would stay on. It wouldn't shut down until the cartridge was completely empty though. It was due for Black DV Unit and PCU so I started there. The light went away but several weeks later the customer told me the light had came back on but everything was still running. I then replaced the toner near end/end sensor. Light went away and haven't heard anything in several months. Now the machine went completely down saying "Add Black Toner", Tried different cartridges, swapped the auger going into the toner bottle, and the Toner Attraction pump with no luck.

I brought it in and cleaned the rubber hose that carries the toner to the pump. It didn't seem to be clogged but I cleaned it out and made sure there was nothing blocking the path. Right after I put it back on the and fired the machine back up. It came to ready and started making copies, I made about 15 Sky shots and let it sit over the weekend. Came in this morning and made made 50 sky shots and they progressively got lighter but ran them all. Then the "Add Toner" condition came back. It also started throwing SC-360 codes.

Mechanically everything seems to be working, the bottle is spinning and the all the motors are spinning. The hose isn't kinked in any way and there is toner coming into the hose from the bottle. I'm kinda stumped, I don't feel like it is getting to the attraction pump because when I pull that hose off from the pump after it adds for awhile, very little toner comes out.

Any help is greatly appreciated, also all toner and parts are OEM. I'm trained on this model but can't get Manufacture Support since we're no longer a Savin Dealer.
