With I turn on the machine it gives an E5-01 code and then an E4-10 immediately thereafter. I've never had a copier give an E5-01 code before and I'm not sure what the service manual means by Vp (+24V, printer). Maybe a problem with voltage somewhere? Any advice is appreciated and thanks in advance!
