| We have a couple of machines with DF-621 ADF jam #s that are all over the place 66-02,03,05,06,12 And a lot of 66-23s are common to both. The reflective sensors have been kept clean and the felt on the one has been darkened by black sharpie..... and the still show and report jams occurring. We have tested in copy and the higher speed scanning mode and CAN NOT DUPLICATE, but they must be occurring. I was hoping these newer ones would be more reliable then in past.... not these two. |
