MP C2503, can't find service manual on MyRicoh

Hi all,

I have all the other '03' series service manuals I need, and can find firmware and parts catalogues using MyRicoh's 'Publications' heading.

I can not find the service manual though. ANYWHERE!?!

surely it was released at the same time as the machine, does anyone have a clue where to source it?
