We have a bizhub C360 that intermittently jams immediately as soon as it pulls the original via the ADF. Then it will run and run and run no problems. Then it will jam, jam, and jam. CODE IS J66-02. A technician cleaned all of the feed tires and sensors and cleaned the one-way bearings but did NOT sand/file the shaft. I believe that sanding/filing of the shaft will fix it. What do you guys think, am I missing something?? Thanks in advance.
