konika minolta biz hub press c 6000 not printing

Dear all aim brain Kampala East Africa
I have just installed a branb new biz hub press c 6000 but it does
not print customized papers. and in the printing preferences under media

the document size is not active but the paper size is active
so it locked its self in A4 or A3 when u go to document settings and change
document size either A4 or A3 .but when u select post script custom page size and u apply
it does not change. its Fiery is fiery E70-60C-KM PS1.0
