c2800 sc547

This machine was working perfectly until it was hooked up to a diesel(?) power generator at a construction trailer. I've tried clearing the code (off-on 5810, execute, off-on). There do not appear to be any obvious blown fuses on the PSU.

Before I order a PSU, is there not a circuit breaker on this machine? I searched both the parts and service manuals and there was no mention of a breaker of any kind.
