Hey Guys,
My Tech. had some issues with paper crinkling out of the fuser. He thought it was a motor not timed right so he has been working on it when it threw this error code. Manual says:
"MFP control board coolingfan motors failure to turn
The fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined
continuous period"
Can't find any fan improperly working. Tried to reset the error code and nothing. Any suggestions?
