I have a C6000 that has a jam condition, machine wants me to open front door and open M5/M6 doors to clear paper, no paper present. Also no jam code is displayed in counter that shows a jam occured in fuser last.
Troubleshooting steps done so far....
- Performed service mode input test on all sensors in the ADU and fuser all switch state when blocked and none are showing a constant high. Twice !!
- Reseated fuser unit
- Reseated all connectors on CDB PWB.
- Tested with different Fuser Assembly
I ordered a new CDB to try out and of course that dam thing is backorded for 2 weeks and machine is down. Has anyone run into this issue?
