can't print to c3220 from Windows 7 computer but can from Windows XP

I have a c3220 with Fiery on a TCP/IP connection and I can print directly to it from a Windows XP computer but I can't from 2 Windows 7 computers. When I sent the file from the Win 7 computers the file shows up "NG" in the machine print log. I have used the latest Canon driver for this machine from Feb. of this year (2013)...any ideas??? :(
