Miscellaneous Part number for Punch unit For Mp3352

Dear All

Can someone give me the part number of punch unit PU3020 for 4holes only,

because my client wanted to punch on A5. My region was Africa.

i tried the 2-4holes but it cannot punch A5. Please help me :o
