Jamming C35 paper not leaving the tray

This was driving me nuts today.
First thing i picked up was that the contact between the feed roller and the separation roller was uneven.
There was pressure on one side and a light gap on the other side.
The rubber and the one-way clutch was in good condition and adjusting the spring tension did not help much.

So it looked like the rubber sleeve is pressed up against the holder edge on the near side causing the surface to be uneven but mindbogglingly to be higher on the far side.
Used a small flat screwdriver to pry the rubber away from the sleeve holder/cylinder (whatever) to spray some lubricant in there to release the
rubber sleeve from the cylinder allowing it to relax and seat flat again.

Worked like a charm and the machine is feeding again. Swapped out trays and clutches for this same problem on other machines before.
Hope it holds.

Please let me know what you do to fix this issue on these machines.


HP Designjet T610 Printer (plotter) no active network

Hi everbody

I have a client who buyed a new formater card for this plotter T610
now i want to configure the plotter on network, i checked plotter setting & go to connectivity panel but there is no option to give it static ip or host name etc. so can some please guide me how i configure this plotter via network?
I try-ed in diagnose menu but on the io information menu the adapter is not active , if i go to
I/O Tests it ask to enable it and i selected yes but no joy.

We have a C35 that is hooked up through vCare and every Monday we come in to a Service Call on this machine, but when we get onsite they say that they have had no problems with the machine. The code that vCare is giving is C-9401. Any help at all would be wonderful. Thank you.

Probably just a dumb overlook, but finishing a maintenance kit on a CS-3501i and can't get the DLP Rail Lever to engage. Rechecked and seated everything with no luck. Any thoughts?

Kyocera Ecosys M6535- No paper in tray

Copier isn't recognizing that there's paper loaded in the tray. Paper sensor arm looks bent, possibly broke. Customer is 2 hours outside of area and billable. Has anyone torn into the sensor assembly for these? Other than an exploded parts diagram, have found very little as far as replacement procedure. Sensor assembly looks to sit in bottom frame of the machine but if anyone can shed some light on this, I'd much appreciate it.

I installed a 320 gig hard drive but could not get it to format, or the other 2. log data and something else.
do i need a preloaded samsung hard drive? or what format or partitioning do i need to do? help

Error Code kyocera fs-c 1020mfp sc400

help is needed! I have a 1020 mfp with a sc400.. turn on the machine and machine initializes and pops sc 400. the code is not listed in manual. but does say 4xx is related to itb transfer so with that being said I did the following

1. cleaned tm sensor
2. cleaned contact sensor and checked contact motor
3. replaced complete ITB unit
4. check agitor motor it is free and not binded
5. reseated all connectors on all boards
6. intatialized epprom in engine maintance
7. set back to factory defaults

I am at a stand still with this....any idea or suggestions?
