Jamming first of all hello all im new and very stuck with a ricoh aficio fuser problem

i have a ricoh aficio 3235c which i use for a wide range of projects the problem i have is for some reason the fuser belt has started moving down the rollers to the left and getting jammed so the machine eats it ..:confused:
this is the 3rd time this has happened now and is getting expensive .. could any one help with this before i take my 20lb sledge hammer to the machine in the yard ..:mad:
