Just got call from Andy., a tech friend in customer's office. He was instructed as per HP +other techs to do cold reset. He supposedly was to press the check symbol while turning power on and at some point disable jet direct card so as not to lose data on it. He never got the option about the jet direct card in the reset process and asked me to post this in the hope that we might get a quick response while he is still in customer's office. Also the jet direct card in machine is a 600 not 620.
