xerox 5655 Pro (sbc) enablement code for active tools

hi all

i have a xerox work center pro 5655 but last day i was go to tools but the machine have enablement tools requst
i go to dignostic and initial the machine and reset master pin but dont solve the problem
please helpppppppp
