Hello. I am getting error code E000744 on my Canon Image Runner Color 1021i. I was trying to clear previous configurations of the machine in the Service Menu -> COPIER->FUNCTION->CLEAR, and in one of them the machine rebooted and showed the error. Maybe i did something on the service menu that made this happen but i am not sure as this was the second time i was trying the procedure, and the first time nothing similar happened, only i cleared all dept data, passwords, and network setting.
