mx-sharp-5141n dp jamming frequently with code E7-14 error

I have updated firmware and reset the code on several trips E7-14 on a brand new install.
customer runs allot of scans.
Any one else having jamming issues with or without the code.
I want to stress all parts are brand new out of box I set up a week ago.
