Somehow the web page password has been changed. And themachine has a security data kit inside (MX-FR11U). So, I can't do a 24-30 or24-31. Read there might be some dip switches I could turn on and force a reset,but I could not locate them. Called sharp and they said there is no way to recoverthe password. They said I couldn't even take the MX-FR11U out and replace themwith factory chips to get it back. I upgraded the firmware, but it did not help.
Anybody got any suggestions????

Sad thing is, I think the customer changed it and won't admit it. Now they want us to replace the machine.
