I have the below problem on a 5500i after a service. the original fault was a charge roller fine line so as the machine was near a service we fitted the complete kit, I have since changed another kit (i case we had a duff one ) but the problem remains even with the original units in, we have followed exactly the procedures and done the machine resets, we have also fitted a new HV board but the problem remains. has anyone seen this before? solution?? |
