KM 5050 reg coupling gear holder broke

Customer called today holding the broken part in her hand. It looks like 2 coupling gears that are driven by the registration clutch
The first picture is from an intact machine I went and found pointing to the part.
The second picture is the broken part from customers machine.
Anyone know how to access this to replace, it looks like the part # is 2FG06083 paper feed housing

NRG 6005 - developer attracted by the drum

Dear Sirs, we have one machine that having problem with the developer. during copying the developer is attracted by the drum. we replaced already the transfer belt, charge corona unit, development unit, pcu, high voltage boards,developer and toner but still the same. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you experts.

Konica Bizhub C253 Light copies when using ADF

I am getting light copies when using the ADF but copies are fine when using the platen glass. I cleaned the optics but it had no effect. Any help would be so appreciated... Just a note, there is no CIS in the ADF. It recirculates the copies to do 2 sided.
