Miscellaneous DR-7550C Field Service Manual

Would anyone have a copy of a field service manual for the Dr-7550C.

I keep getting a jam with a P007 Error code. I have a feeling the sensor is dirty but just dont know where to find it.

Jamming Bizhub C284e J1001 code, bypass jam when run out of paper/no paper

This is my first post, and was wondering if anyone has came across this issue before:


basically ive got a 3 week old machine and when you put paper in the bypass, it will print from it fine, then it will take the last sheet then throw up a jam code 1001 - where it should just tell me to load more paper!!

if I try and print/copy from the bypass and there is no paper it will throw up the 1001 code straight away!

it doesn't matter what type of paper I use, I've tried A4 standard paper, a4 letterhead, various weights with no difference.

Anyone experienced anything like this? Machine has the latest firmware

Miscellaneous Reoccuring Set Drum Message MPC2800

I have been dealing with this issue of set drum messages for the black PCU. I have replaced the black PCU and the problem stayed the same. I checked the condition of the terminal that the drum plugs into on the rear frame and it is in apparently very good shape. I was there on 9/16/15 and I reseated the connectors on the IOB and the BICU board and the problem went away from the 16th until this afternoon when I got a call from the customer that the message had returned. I'm really at wits end and could use some help on this.

Firmware Version 2H7_2F00.012.012 2011.07.14 is this a firmware issue or something else?

MPC2551 Enchanced Features

Hi, I have traded in a MPC2551 and it has a small symbol at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and in system settings it has an Enhanced Features Settings which I haven't seen before? Upon checking it, there appears to be Java loaded along with some kind of monitoring system, this was a Ricoh direct machine. It doesn't stop the machine from working but I wondered if I can uninstall it or remove it completely as its not needed now.

Any help appreciated.

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to change the (magenta) developer in a Xerox Docucolor 240?
(or a link to download a service manual).
The machine doesn't print magenta anymore and there is a lot of magenta toner in the machine, so I think I'll have to change the developer!

CQ C552 Will NOT Keep Gradations/Light Grays look Pinkish

We have a bizhub C552 that will NOT keep the Gradations until at least the end of the day (barely used even). We can complete the Gradation process, Save the Values AND even immediately reboot the machine; everything is fine. But a few hours later, our light grays look pinkish! We have completed gradations many times. The Image Unit Test prints look fine (nice solid density in both directions of an 11x17). All of the TCR and ATVC values look fine.

Fax and scan logging data

Hello everyone. I think this is not a complicated one but I cant find a way to clear the fax and scan result log from previous customers when I reinstall the copier somewhere else. The one I'm working on now is a MP C2550 and the customer would like the log cleared before they start to use it. Thank you for any help on this.

MP C305 spf Consumable life.

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering if you can tell me how to check the life limit on a Ricoh MP C305 spf. I service mostly, Konica Minolta and my company received one of these as a trade in. My service manager said I could have it but I didn't want to waste my time hauling it home if the consumables are near their life limit and it will be shutting down soon. (Even though it is an adorable little machine!) Even on Ebay, these items are EXPENSIVE!! I know that the message can be turned off in many of the Konica Minolta models and they will never shut down or bother you with the message on the control panel. Does this cute little machine have the capability of turning off the life message? And how can I tell how much life is left? I tried printing it from user mode but it only showed the toner levels.

Bizhub 240f (Muratec MFX-2550?)

I have a Bizhub 240f which seems to me to be equal with the Muratec MFX-2550. Looks exactly the same and has also the LED exposure system (not the old CCFL tube). Machine has only 6K on the clock and is working fine except that the color scans have a blueish shade at the edge from leading to trailing edge. Any ideas where to look please? Calibration/adjustment possible perhaps, but how? I have no manuals at all for this gem.

MP3351 Controller Board replacement-"SD Card restoration is required"

I am replacing a controller board with a HDD and encryption data. I have never had to do this. I am getting a message "SD card for restoration is required. Turn the main switch off and set the SD card, then turn the main power switch on"
What exactly do I need to do?

Electrical FS-1128 grey vertical lines when copying

We've got an FS-1128 that has vertical lines when copying from glass or the ADF.
No image at all, just full background of crisp gray lines.
Prints look fine. Customer has been (printing only) with it for a few days now.
I've replaced the small square lamp PWB and the Scanner PWB with used items, but still no fix.
Firmware updated. Tech support no help at all.

Any ideas??

Bizhub 210 gives the edge to edge black print,, no image on drum,, Replaced IU,,Drum,,Starter,,TCR,, checked the connection of Grounding and High voltage all seems fine..
any Idea ?

Bizhub 215 USB legnth limitation

what is maximum USB cable length supported by bizhub 215. it was used 5 meter length which worked for a month after then it shows message device not recognized. I replaced the cable to 1.8 meter worked fine but the IT person asking for the maximum supported length and document which shows the limitation..

Jamming mpc4502 sr3110 jam198

i have a mpc4502 with a sr3110 booklet finisher that is giving a intermittant jam code of 198 (finisher fold)

booklets are jamming just before it has turned over into the folder unit. i can see its catching something at the middle of the booklet while it is turning it over (stack transport roller).

customer does alot of a3 bookets of 3 a3 sheets.

i replaced the mylars behind the booklet staplers and the stack feed out belt.

has anyone else had this problem??

Canon IR3245 Finisher S1

I have a customer having pages that are not in order and not aligned. Example; 2 page original and you are making 2 sets (collate). The machine prints the first set ok and the 2nd set first page printed comes out of the finisher and the finisher should move each page of the second set to rear of finisher for the offset of the 2nd set. The 1st page of the 2nd set, 2 exit rollers drop down after the paper delivers and the rollers move to rear of copier to offset, but the paper (did not move to rear) stayed on top of the 1st set. The 2nd page of the 2nd set then comes out and pushes the previous printed page out of the finisher. If you did a larger job, the finished set are all misaligned and some pages are out of order, and finished pages will fall to the ground. Prints are overlapping and not close to being stacked.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
